Here's the style file Mike:

You're going to have to go into the stylevars and change titleimage under the Image Paths section and point that to a new banner, as there is not one included.
To install in your admin cp go under styles & templates -> Download/Upload styles and upload this. Check the ignore style version box, as this was made for 4.0 Gold. It will work perfectly on your site however. ^_^
